Cherise Herrmann joined the company in 1986. She obtained her insurance license in 1995 and has been responsible for sales and administration of all Individual Health Insurance since that year.

Cherise is also Executive Assistant to Al Friss. In this capacity, she is responsible for assisting Al in the design, application, and underwriting phases of insurance as well as staying current with industry trends and products. Cherise is licensed to handle Life, Health, Disability and Long Term Care insurance.

Carole Horowitz, also known as CH, joined the company in 1982 and obtained her insurance license in 1985. CH oversees the operation of our Group Insurance department and handles the process of obtaining competitive bids for new and existing clients. CH works with a large range of competitive group medical, dental, life, and disability companies.

Lisa Policarpio has been with the company since 1991. She works in the Pension Services Department, assisting in gathering the needed data to allow the plan administrator to prepare the plan's annual returns. Lisa has also worked with our Group, Individual Health and Policyowner Service departments.
